Extract High-Quality Images from PDF

Need to use a chart from a report in your PowerPoint? Or share a single page of a contract on social media? Converting PDF pages to standalone images is the easiest way to free your content from the document format.

1

JPG vs PNG

Choose JPG for photos and smaller file sizes (great for email).
Choose PNG for text, charts, and preservation of quality (great for presentations).

2

Full Resolution

We render the PDF at a high DPI (Dots Per Inch) before capturing the image. This ensures your text remains crisp and readable, not blurry.

Technical Insight: High-DPI Canvas Rendering

We don't take a screenshot. That would look pixelated. Instead, we use your browser's GPU to render the PDF vector instructions onto a High-Resolution Canvas.

We scale the viewport to 200% or 300% (equivalent to 300 DPI) before exporting the blob. This means even fine print text remains correctly anti-aliased and readable in the final JPG/PNG image.

Why Not Just Screenshot?

Taking screen grabs is manual, slow, and often results in low-resolution images that look pixelated when printed or zoomed.
